Head of Finance - Sales Department

ACME is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our Sales department. As the Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our Sales division.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support the Sales team's objectives and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with the Sales leadership team to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to optimize performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team within the Sales department

• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to the Sales leadership team

• Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and investors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the Sales or related industry

• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities

• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

• Proficiency in financial software and systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
