Head of IT

ACME is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT to lead our Information Technology department. As the Head of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with ACME's overall business objectives

• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure

• Ensure the security and integrity of ACME's IT systems and data

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient IT solutions

• Monitor and evaluate IT performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head of IT or similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Ability to develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
